Extension of Student Clubs Application Process



Dear Students;

With the opening of the 2021-2022 Education Period, the establishment of student clubs and the activation of existing clubs have been extended until 5 November 2021, and the Club Advisors must hand over the necessary documents to the Department of Health, Culture and Sports.
Club applications will be evaluated by the Student Clubs Coordination Board. The basic conditions for establishing a club are specified in the Student Clubs Directive of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports.

New Club Formation Conditions
- You must be an associate or undergraduate student at Istanbul Gelisim University to establish a club.
- You can apply with at least 14 members.
- Each club must have an academic advisor (a permanent lecturer of Istanbul Gelisim University).
- The new student club to which the application will be made must not have the same name as the existing student club and their activities must not overlap.

Note 1: In order to activate the clubs, Annex 6, Annex 8, Annex 14 documents must be filled.
Note 2: Students who want to establish a new club are required to fill in Annex 2, Annex 6 forms and submit their student documents.

Final evaluations will be made in November.
